User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the 711cuci platform:
- Using any software, bots, or automated scripts to access or exploit the platform
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity theft, or fraudulent transactions
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage platform systems or data
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Malaysian law
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party
User Responsibilities
As a 711cuci user, you agree to:

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 711cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. The platform supports the following payment methods: FPX via local banks (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and others) as well as digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from legitimate sources. 711cuci reserves the right to request proof of source of funds where required for compliance purposes.
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or payment method registered under the same user's name. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the user's account verification status.

- All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
- Minimum and maximum deposits are subject to current limits
- Confirmed transactions cannot be reversed
- Any misuse may result in account suspension

Account Suspension & Closure
711cuci reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

- Activity suspected of being fraudulent or involving money laundering
- Providing false or inaccurate information during registration
- Multiple account registrations by the same user
- Requests from relevant authorities
Users may contact customer support via email if they believe an account suspension has occurred in error.
Platform Liability Limitations
711cuci is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Unexpected technical disruptions or platform maintenance
- Loss of internet access or issues with the user's device
- Third-party actions beyond the platform's control
- Game outcomes affected by connectivity issues
- Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions
The platform strives to operate 24 hours a day but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the 711cuci platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, icons, graphics, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of 711cuci or its respective licensors. This content is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property laws.
